Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an HR Recruiter to support staffing needs across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates through databases and social media, and conduct initial in-person and phone interviews to shortlist strong fits.

You will also coordinate interviews, perform reference and background checks, make recommendations, and help onboard new employees to ensure smooth integration into the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Proven experience in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media etc.
• Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Perform reference and background checks.
• Make recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers.
• Follow up on the interview process status.
• Complete timely reports on employment activity.
• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
• Other tasks as assigned.
