Job summary

Habitual Food Inc. is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across branch and corporate teams in the Philippines. You will source, screen, interview, and assess candidates while building robust talent pipelines for critical roles.

Responsibilities include coordinating offers, onboarding, and compliance, plus supporting engagement initiatives and payroll-related processes as needed. A strong background in high-volume hiring and employment law is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR, with strong recruitment expertise and high-volume hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience for rank-and-file, supervisory, and managerial roles.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies.
• Strong English and Tagalog communication skills; proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower request to onboarding.
• Handle high-volume hiring for branch and corporate positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, schools, agencies, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and recommendations.
• Coordinate trade tests, hiring manager interviews, job offers, and pre-employment requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Partner with Operations and hiring managers to understand and prioritize manpower needs.
• Monitor and report hiring status, manpower gaps, recruitment funnel, and time-to-fill.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and databases.
• Develop strategies to improve quality, speed, and cost of hiring.
• Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and 201 files; assist with attendance and statutory benefits.
• Support company activities and employee engagement initiatives; assist with DOLE compliance.
