Qualifications

• BS Psychology, HRM or related field.
• At least three years of hiring experience.
• Driver hiring experience will be a plus.
• Goal-oriented, team player with integrity and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews manpower requests and aligns requirements with the hiring manager.
• Implements talent attraction and sourcing programs to build candidate pipelines.
• Uses internet sourcing to engage active and passive candidates for current and future needs.
• Conducts resume screening, facilitates assessments, and endorses candidates to the next interview stage.
• Ensures pre-employment requirements and onboarding tasks are completed and records are updated.
