• Bachelor degree preferably psychology graduate.
• 2 years or more working experience as recruitment associate.
• Keen on details and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Good in verbal and writing skills.
• Will ing to extend long hours when required.
• Familiarity with HR practices.
• Can do multi -tasking and can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Advertise job openings on sourcing tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, qualifications and skills of respective request for the open positions.
• Sourcing of candidates for vacant positions based on the MRF/JD provided.
• Review applications and pre-screen from various job ads platform.
• Facilitate the hiring process (screening, interviews, selection, background investigation, completion of pre-employment requirements).
• Conduct initial interview phone screening, face to face meet up as needed, or via google meet depending on circumstances.
• Prepare and issue employee ID and contracts; handle transfer of workers and related documents.
• Facilitate ATM card application and coordination with payroll bank.
• Endorse newly hired employees to designated departments.
• Coordinate with Timekeeping for new hires, transfers and related matters.
• Ensure new employees sign all required hiring forms and government forms and update records.
• Double check new hire information for 201 filing and database recording.
• Weekly update and monitoring of employee Master list.
• Submit accurate manpower reports monthly to COO.
• Prepare and maintain employee 201 files and provide details to Compensation & Benefits for payroll.
• Coordinate with other departments as necessary.
• Organize safekeeping of department documents and 201 files.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR records and files.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Other tasks assigned from time to time.
