CTT.Synergy Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to support our HR team. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, enforce labor policies, and oversee HR operations to sustain a positive, compliant workplace culture.

You will also contribute to employee engagement initiatives that boost retention. The role requires 3–4 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE guidelines, and experience in a recruitment setting.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience with talent acquisition and labor relations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and compliance.
• Experience in recruitment agency, staffing firm, or fast-paced corporate setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for internal Specialists, Associates, and agency-based roles.
• Proactively source, screen, interview, and onboard high-caliber candidates aligned with business requirements and timelines.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and workforce planning.
