A human resource services company is seeking an HR professional to design and enforce company policies and manage recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in HR, extensive knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include conducting performance appraisals and planning employee training programs. This full-time position is on-site in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of HR experience or progressive leadership experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge in recruitment processes and employee relations is required.
• Must have an extensive knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines.

Responsabilités

• Create and enforce a handbook containing company policies and rules.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable applicants.
• Recommend effective recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct performance appraisals and support employee motivation.
• Plan and develop training and development programs.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
