Job summary

HS Financial Technologies in Manila seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead Employee Relations and HR Operations. You will report to the Sr. HR Director and oversee ER matters while supporting day-to-day HR activities for the Manila office.

The role requires strong knowledge of Philippines labor law and experience handling disciplinary and grievance processes, performance management, and absence management in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in HR and employee relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant HR certification.
• Certification in employment law desired.
• Experience in HR operations and employee relations in a fast-paced org.
• Strong knowledge of Philippines employment law.
• Experience managing formal disciplinary and grievance processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers in effective management of new joiners during probation.
• Guide managers on performance and conduct issues.
• Assist with Performance Improvement Plan processes and meetings.
• Support formal disciplinary and grievance processes and document outcomes.
• Maintain documentation for Manila office HR procedures and policies.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and update policies as needed.
• Provide people management training and develop relationships with senior leaders.
• Assist HR & Recruitment Manager with day-to-day HR operations and onboarding/offboarding.
