The role requires strong communication, interviewing, and assessment skills, with the ability to handle multiple vacancies and tight deadlines in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of sourcing platforms (Facebook groups, JobStreet, job fairs, online portals).
• Excellent communication and interviewing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Source qualified applicants through multiple channels.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
• Review resumes and evaluate against job qualifications.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess applicants' fit.
• Endorse qualified candidates to clients for evaluation.
• Monitor progress from screening to deployment.
• Ensure applicants complete employment requirements before deployment.
• Prepare regular recruitment accomplishment reports.
• Track sourcing, interviews, endorsements, hiring, and deployment status.
• Meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
