Job summary

VXI Global Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to help identify top talent for diverse client projects. You will conduct initial interviews (agent and non-agent), facilitate pre-employment testing, and assist in preparing job offers to keep hiring moving smoothly.

You will coordinate with operations for final interviews, maintain recruitment trackers, and support other recruitment steps to deliver timely, high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial / preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positions both agent and non-agent
• Facilitate pre-employment testing and Berlitz when applicable
• Facilitate Job Offers
• Prepare and send announcements for non-agents new hires
• Assists in the coordination with operations team for final interview
• Assists in the other recruitment steps in order to facilitate quality and time bounded customer service to applicants and clients
• Coordinates with operations (or other departments concerned) for further interviews and final decision on hiring of qualified applicants
• Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/ database
• Undertakes task that may be assigned from time to time by the Recruitment Manager
