Job summary

Payreto is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to orchestrate recruitment workflows, coordinate interview loops, and maintain a high-quality candidate experience across the LEAD framework. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure a smooth pipeline from sourcing to offer, while upholding data integrity in JazzHR and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using ATS and other recruitment tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.
• Capable of managing high-pressure situations while maintaining performance.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player with a positive professional attitude.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and synchronize multi-stage interview loops between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide real-time visibility into pipeline velocity and candidate progression status.
• Facilitate and monitor completion of mandatory preliminary screenings and assessments like Mercer | Mettl.
