Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• Minimum 3–5 years in HR operations, employee experience, or project management.
• Experience with employee-facing programs or workplace initiatives is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR and People Support initiatives.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities
