Job summary

Payreto is seeking a People Project Manager to lead HR-related projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and client-facing solutions. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business impact within scope and timelines.

The role focuses on HR operations, service delivery, risk management, and governance, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
Minimum 3–5 years in HR operations, employee experience, or project management.
Experience with employee-facing programs or workplace initiatives is preferred.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR and People Support initiatives.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead HR projects from planning to delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and impact.
Drive process improvements and service delivery models across HR operations.
Standardize SOPs, workflows, and service guidelines.
Support system enhancements and automation to improve turnaround times.
