Payreto Services Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to orchestrate recruitment workflows, coordinate multi-stage interview loops, and ensure a smooth candidate experience within our LEAD framework.

You will manage candidate pipelines, maintain real-time visibility, and uphold data integrity in JazzHR while partnering with hiring managers. The role requires 1–2 years in recruitment or HR coordination, strong communication, and discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of recruitment/HR coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using ATS (JazzHR) and other recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate multi-stage interview loops between candidates and hiring managers, minimizing scheduling bottlenecks.
• Provide real-time visibility into pipeline velocity and candidate progression status across business units.
• Facilitate completion of preliminary screenings, including Mercer | Mettl assessments.
• Serve as empathetic touchpoint for applicants, communicating clearly to safeguard employer brand.
• Audit and maintain candidate profiles in JazzHR with data hygiene and compliance.
• Validate pre-employment requirements including background checks and references.
• Coordinate onboarding handover to LIVE team upon offer acceptance.
• Share workflow observations to identify bottlenecks and optimize sourcing strategies.
