Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Associate for a contractual role based in Iloilo City, Philippines. You will support end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles and help build a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, IT, or any related field.
• At least 6 months of recruitment experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Career shifters with BPO experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in BPO recruitment, volume hiring, or customer service are an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment trackers is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different recruitment processes and hiring requirements.
• Experience supporting multiple hiring requirements or working with recruitment partners is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive sourcing.
• Source candidates for a wide range of non-technical roles, including BPO and other business support positions.
• Conduct initial TA screenings and evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist in preparing hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
• Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners throughout the hiring process.
