Job summary

You will coordinate candidates, support recruiters and hiring managers, and ensure clear communication across applicants. Your tasks include sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment documentation, screening resumes, and assisting onboarding while upholding company policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience preferred (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems.
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
• Project-based position.
• Willing to be assigned in Chino, Roces, Makati City.
