Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years experience as a Generalist or Labor Relations facet.
• Experience in Retail or FMCG is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mid-management to align HR strategies with long-term objectives.
• Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and guidance on conflict resolution.
• Support performance management processes, goal setting and reviews.
• Identify training needs and facilitate workshops to enhance skills.
• Stay updated on labor laws and ensure HR policies comply.
• Assist organizational development initiatives including change management.
• Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
