GH Premier Review Center Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to support end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
You will help maintain a strong talent pipeline while ensuring recruitment activities, documentation, and reports are properly managed. You will source candidates through JobStreet, Indeed, social media, events; conduct screenings and interviews; coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers; and maintain accurate records and regular recruitment
We are looking for a TA who will support the end-to-end hiring process, from candidate sourcing and initial screening to onboarding coordination. The successful candidate will help maintain a strong talent pipeline while ensuring that recruitment activities, documentation, and reports are properly managed.
Source and attract qualified candidates through JobStreet, Indeed, social media platforms, professional networks, career events, and other recruitment channels.
Build and maintain a pool of prospective candidates for current and future vacancies.
Review applications and evaluate resumes based on the requirements established for each position.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to identify candidates who meet the position requirements.
Facilitate face-to-face interviews and assist in assessing candidates for various job openings.
Coordinate with recruiters, department representatives, and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Participate in recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and other candidate engagement events.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, including candidate sources, hiring progress, fallout rates, and other recruitment metrics.
Update recruitment trackers and submit recruitment reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and provide timely updates regarding their application status.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related talent acquisition function.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Working knowledge of the recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer, and onboarding.
Able to manage multiple recruitment activities while meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Demonstrates professionalism, honesty, integrity, and transparency when dealing with candidates and colleagues.
Willing to work on a day or mid-shift schedule, depending on business requirements.
