Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment with end-to-end recruiting experience supporting volume hiring in a BPO/Shared Services environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment industry, best practices, tools, and marketing techniques.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage volume hiring and niche roles for multiple departments, including internal postings.
• Perform pre-screening and initial interviews according to Remitly policies.
• Prepare offer packets and coordinate with HRBP and Hiring Manager.
• Provide recruitment analytics and ad hoc reports; maintain warm candidate pipelines.
