Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence (OX): Lead a delivery unit to ensure all recruitment activities meet quality and timeline standards.
• Delivery Leadership: Personally execute end-to-end recruitment for senior or high-impact roles.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure team-wide adherence to recruitment standards, data privacy, and operational workflows.
• Client & Customer Experience (CX): Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and delivery reporting.
• Service Quality: Monitor and maintain high levels of client and candidate satisfaction.
• People Experience (PX): Direct Supervision: Manage the daily attendance, conduct, and performance of junior recruiters.
• Coaching: Conduct regular feedback sessions to drive team capability and professional growth.
• Development Experience (DX): Leadership Mastery: Actively develop management skills and stay current on recruitment industry trends.
• Readiness: Prepare for progression toward Managing Consultant roles.
