Job summary

Universal Leaf Philippines, Inc. is seeking an HR (Talent Acquisition) Associate to join our Human Resources team in Cagayan Valley (Region 2). This full-time role focuses on identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our business objectives and cultural values.

You will source candidates across channels, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers while maintaining accurate ATS data and reporting on recruitment progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and hiring procedures.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networks, referrals).
• Review applications and resumes against job requirements and competencies.
• Conduct initial telephone and video interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare job descriptions and posting materials with department heads.
• Maintain the ATS with candidate information and progress.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline reports to managers.
• Administer pre-employment checks and background verifications.
• Assist in recruitment planning and workforce forecasting.
• Contribute to process improvements and recruitment strategies.
