Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing recruitment team. This entry-level role supports sourcing, screening, interviewing, recruitment coordination, and candidate management across industries.

You will work with Recruitment Managers and hiring stakeholders to ensure timely and quality hiring delivery, build a candidate pipeline, and contribute to reports and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1 year of recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience (internship or full-time).
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship/academic exposure encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel/Outlook/Teams.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and major job boards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, databases, etc.
• Review resumes against job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess fit.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant databases with timely updates.
• Monitor candidate progress and follow up as needed.
• Communicate professionally to provide a positive candidate experience.
• Assist recruiters in meeting hiring targets and timelines.
• Prepare recruitment reports and update on pipelines and activities.
• Participate in job fairs, events, and volume hiring initiatives.
• Collaborate to develop sourcing strategies based on client needs.
• Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
