Job summary

Marie France Bodyline International, Inc. is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team in Makati.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment for corporate accounts, coordinate with Hiring Managers, and contribute to recruitment strategy improvements while promoting the company brand through innovative initiatives. You should be adept at engaging candidates on a human level, with 1-2 years of recruiter experience and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, or related field from a reputable university.
• 1-2 years’ experience as a Recruiter, preferably in Beauty/Wellness or Personal Care.
• Aptitude for attracting candidates and engaging with all levels of the organization.
• Personable, able to interact across teams and departments.
• Strong ability to screen and interview candidates.
• Experience creating brand awareness and professional relationships with candidates.
• Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies.
• Knowledge of effective hiring platforms and candidate sourcing channels.
• Strong documentation skills and keeping up with industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and delivery orientation.

• At least 1-2 years’ extensive experience as a Recruiter preferably in the Beauty and Wellness or Personal Care Industry (a definite advantage)

• Ability to attract the perfect candidate for each role.

• Candidate must be personable and can interact with all levels of the organization.

• Exceptional ability to screen and interview candidates.

• Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.

• Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles.

• Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.

• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.

Job Summary:

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of corporate accounts

• Coordinates with Hiring Managers regarding status of hires.

• Suggests recruitment trends to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and to the Director for Human Resources, to further improve the recruitment process, candidate experience, and quality of hires.

• Help promote our company’s brand with recruitment initiatives

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Office Location: Makati City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with Saturday (Half-day schedule)
