Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition & L&D Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and lead employee development programs. The role focuses on attracting top talent, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and driving learning initiatives to boost performance and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Build strong talent pipelines through job postings, referrals, and networking. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Enhance employer branding through creative initiatives and candidate experience.
• Learning & Development: Assess training needs and develop learning interventions aligned with business goals. Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and learning sessions. Maintain and update employee development plans to support career growth. Track and report the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
• General HR Support: Assist in employee engagement programs and HR projects as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of combined experience in recruitment and training/L&D.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and e-learning platforms is an advantage.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
