Job summary

GH Premier Review Center in Cebu City is seeking a Senior HR Officer - Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring processes onsite. You will post job ads, source candidates, conduct pre-screening and initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain recruitment reports.

The role requires 1–2 years in recruitment and a degree in HR or related field. The position offers on-site work at General Maxilom Avenue with incentives, commissions, a sign-in bonus, and strong opportunities for

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology (RPm preferred), Business Admin or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment (BPO/Healthcare/International Agency)
• Amenable to work full-time onsite in General Maxilom Avenue, Mango Avenue, Cebu

Responsibilities

• Post job ads on portals and social media
• Source and engage candidates through portals and events
• Conduct pre-screening and initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities
• Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups and offers
• Ensure compliance with employment laws (including POEA)
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment documentation
• Facilitate orientations and coordinate with partner institutions
• Monitor recruitment trends and submit timely reports
• Perform additional tasks and maintain punctual attendance
