Job summary

Staffhouse International Resources Corporation in Cebu, Philippines is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead onsite talent acquisition efforts. You will develop strategies, mentor a team of recruitment specialists, and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.

You will conduct training sessions for interviewers to enhance their recruitment skills and drive alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proficient in talent management and coaching methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement training programs for recruitment teams.
