• Learn and understand ongoing training and program updates to improve handling and satisfaction.
• Identify solutions beyond standard procedures to resolve problems.

Qualifications

• Responsible for resolving customer needs, concerns, and problems

• Responsible for proper escalation, transfer and redirection of customer concerns.

• Ability to learn and understand ongoing training and program updates to impact issue handling and overall customer satisfaction

• Ability to deal with problems and find solutions that are outside of the box or outside of the standard situation
