• 18 years old and above
• High School Graduate with at least six months of call center experience
• Senior High School graduate and up with or without call center experience
• Willing to work on-site
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to educate customers on inquiries and other product information
• Able to handle issues and complaints professionally

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer satisfaction and problem resolution for the client's customers
• Resolve customer needs, concerns, and problems
• Educate the customer on detailed product information
• Document customer cases accurately
• Escalate, transfer and redirect customer concerns appropriately
• Learn and apply ongoing training and program updates to improve issue handling
• Deal with problems and find solutions beyond standard scenarios
