Job summary

247.ai Philippines is seeking customer service associates to join our on-site team in Metro Manila. You will handle inquiries, provide product information, and document customer cases to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school graduate, and strong communication skills. Willingness to work on-site is required; we offer paid training, allowances, and performance bonuses to reward excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• 18 years old or above.
• Senior High School graduates eligible with or without call center experience.
• Six months call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer satisfaction and problem resolution for the client’s customers.
• Resolve customer needs, concerns, and problems.
• Educate customers on detailed product information.
• Document customer cases accurately.
• Escalate, transfer, and redirect customer concerns properly.
• Learn and apply ongoing training and program updates to improve issue handling.
• Think creatively to find solutions beyond standard procedures.

Qualifications
