247.ai Philippines is seeking an on-site Customer Support Associate to deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries. You will educate customers about product information and document each interaction to ensure satisfaction.

• Escalate, transfer and redirect customer concerns as needed.
• Learn and apply ongoing training and program updates to improve issue handling and satisfaction.
