Qualifications

• High School Graduate with at least six months of call center experience.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to educate customers on inquiries and other product information.
• Able to handle issues and complaints in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer satisfaction and problem resolution to the client’s customers.
• Resolve customer needs, concerns, and problems.
• Educate the customer on detailed product information.
• Document customer cases accurately.
• Escalate, transfer and redirect customer concerns properly.
• Learn and apply ongoing training and program updates to improve issue handling.
