Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an TA Onboarding Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding from job offer to first day deployment for corporate and mass roles. You will work with recruiters, business units, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience and compliance with PEME and payroll requirements.

The role requires at least 1 year in HR onboarding, strong MS Office skills, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year work experience in HR Onboarding or equivalent.
• Good command in MS Office Applications.
• Detail-oriented and process oriented.
• Proactive attitude and results oriented.
• Reporting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for onboarding candidates from offer to first day deployment for Corporate and Mass positions.
• Collaborates with Recruiters, BUs, and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Manages PEME end-to-end process and related payroll compliance for new hires.
• Liaises with PEME vendors and banks on PEME and SOA concerns.
• Generates and analyzes reports to identify gaps and improvements in onboarding.
