Job summary

You will monitor progress in Workday, ServiceNow, Serval, and HireRight, handle background checks, and ensure Day 1 readiness. A Bachelor’s in HR/Business and strong communication plus confidentiality are essential;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Operations, or related discipline.
• Experience in HR operations, onboarding, background screening, or a related service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining accurate records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Serval, and HireRight is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding cases from intake through resolution with accurate documentation of actions, decisions, and outcomes.
• Support onboarding inquiries through case support, calls, chat, email, and approved service channels.
• Communicate with candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, HR partners, and internal support teams.
• Monitor onboarding progress and actions across Workday, ServiceNow, Serval, HireRight, and related tools.
• Complete Workday updates and downstream onboarding actions.
• Monitor identity and access steps, orientation activities, and Day 1 readiness.
