MicroSourcing in Manila, Philippines is seeking an Onboarding Supervisor (TA Systems, Tools, and Enablement) to oversee the end-to-end pre-onboarding lifecycle from recruiter endorsement to handover to People & Culture. You will lead a team of onboarding specialists, ensure compliance, optimize processes, and coordinate with Sourcing, Recruitment, and HR Shared Services.

The role requires 4–6 years in HR ops with at least 2 years in leadership and hands-on experience with recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/HR/PM or related field.
• 4–6 years in HR operations, Talent Acquisition, or Shared Services with at least 2 years in leadership.
• End-to-end literacy across recruitment delivery lifecycles and onboarding/offboarding gates.
• Drive operational agility and maintain high data hygiene under compliance constraints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete pre-onboarding lifecycle from endorsement to handover to HR teams.
• Direct the specialist team to ensure metrics and process agility and compliance.
• Identify pipeline friction areas and drive improvements to minimize candidate turnaround times.
• Establish and enforce handoff validation protocols between Sourcing, Recruitment, and HR Shared Services.
