Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support role to provide 1st line IT support for site systems, networks, and peripheries. You will handle incident resolution and ensure SLA adherence across Warehouse Management and Transport Management solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a CS/IT-related degree and strong analytical skills, with English and Filipino communication abilities. Multitasking and teamwork are essential for success in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide IT infrastructure and application support for assigned site, covering servers, network, and workstations.
• Support deployed IT solutions including Warehouse Management systems.
• Provide first-level IT support for IT equipment and peripherals.
• Support IT solutions like WMI, SCALE, WMOS and Transport Management System.
• Deliver IT support services per defined SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Infrastructure and Application support to his assigned site which covers Application, Network, Communication, Servers, Workstation, and other IT peripherals by ensuring that IT Infrastructure adheres to the Procedures and Policies set by the Global/Regional/Local Offices
• Provide support to the deployed IT solution deployed to the site, Warehouse Management
• Provide first level of IT support for all IT related equipment, such as but not limited to, computers, printers, network, mobile phones, and other IT peripherals
• Provide first level of IT support for the deployed IT solution to the site, such, but not limited to, Warehouse Management System (WMI, SCALE, WMOS), and Transport Management System
• Provide and deliver IT support services based on expected SLA defined in the IT Support Procedure

Requirements

• Graduate of Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Application Development (AD), Computer Systems Engineering (CSE), or related courses
• Knowledge on Systems and Network Infrastructure

• Good communication skills both in spoken and written, both in English and Filipino
• Able to do multi-tasking and how to prioritize, with minimal supervision
• Systems and Network Infrastructure skills
• Knowledge in Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI) is an advantage
• Knowledge in Warehouse Operations and or Transport Management is an advantage
