Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Cavite seeks a WFM Implementation specialist to drive labor standards and productivity initiatives on site. You will conduct sampling, build productivity dashboards, and report performance to leadership.

The role requires strong warehouse operations knowledge, SAP/SAP HANA experience, and the ability to train end-users in a hands-on environment onsite at Daiichi Park Silang Cavite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations or systems support.
• Experience using SAP, SAP HANA, WMS Manhattan, etc.
• Experience in system testing (UAT) and training end-users.
• Willing to be onsite at Daiichi Park Silang Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Drive WFM Implementation at the site.
• Conduct Work Sampling to established Engineered Labor Standard.
• Build Culture productivity tracking and gap analysis.
• Generate reports to show changes in productivity or performance.
• Assess, Analyze, and develop process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
• Provide updates on productivity and user utilization to company leaders.
• Train and guide resources as needed.
