DHL Supply Chain is seeking a competent WFM implementation specialist for our Cavite site. The role focuses on driving workforce management initiatives, conducting work sampling, and building productivity tracking to enhance efficiency.

You will generate performance reports and lead process-improvement efforts, while training end-users and site staff. With a background in warehouse operations and experience with SAP,SAP HANA, and WMS Manhattan, you will contribute to an effective logistics

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations or systems support.
• Experience using SAP, SAP HANA, WMS Manhattan, etc.
• Experience in system testing (UAT) and training end-users.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes.

Responsabilidades

• Drive WFM implementation at the site.
• Conduct Work Sampling to established Engineered Labor Standard.
• Build culture productivity tracking and gap analysis.
• Generate reports to show changes in productivity or performance.
• Assess, analyze, and develop process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
• Provide updates on productivity and user utilization to company leaders.
• Train and guide resources as needed.
