Systems Analyst

Bridge business needs and technology solutions by analyzing requirements, improving processes, and helping deliver impactful systems that enhance operations and user experiences.

About the Role

We are looking for a Systems Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the successful implementation of system enhancements and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for projects and system enhancements.

• Create system analysis deliverables, including:

  • Requirements documents

  • User stories

  • Process flow diagrams

  • As-is and to-be process documentation

  • Low-fidelity mockups and prototypes

• Analyze change requests, system issues, business processes, and data to identify improvement opportunities.

• Work closely with business users, developers, and project teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and process reviews with stakeholders, including hospital customers.

• Support system implementation, testing, and user acceptance activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business and technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Management, or other related fields.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.

• Experience in systems analysis and design across multiple business domains.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, design thinking, and user experience design practices.

• Knowledge of data analysis and query techniques using Excel and SQL is an advantage.
