Job description

• Responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining application systems and technology solutions supporting Bank’s operations and initiatives. Works closely with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure systems are aligned with business goals, secure, efficient, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards.

• Systems Analysis & Design

  • Evaluate current systems and business processes to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and automation potential.

  • Translate business requirements into functional, non-functional and technical specifications.

  • Prepares impact assessment of the requested change/initiative to the Production Environment and advise IT cost.

• System Development & Implementation

  • Lead system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and new system deployments.

  • Work with business analysts, developers and vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements.

  • Control changes to programs and ensures that documentation is accurately maintained.

  • Ensures the resolution of all issues during SIT and UAT by verifying application/system issues and recommending corresponding solutions.

  • Prepares checklist to cover all tasks required for implementation of information system.

  • Ensures that installation procedure to production is working properly.

  • Ensures rollback plan and contingencies are available and tested accordingly should problems arise during the promotion to production.

  • Facilitates request for promotion of information systems to production.

  • Provides support to users in the rollout of information system projects.

  • Participates in the post-implementation review of systems promoted to production by designing solutions to problems encountered.

• Systems Support & Maintenance

  • Provide 2nd level support for business-as-usual (BAU) functions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents, root-cause issues, and performance concerns.

  • Monitor systems to ensure stability, availability, and security.

• Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and process guide.

  • Ensure systems comply with internal policies, IT governance standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., audit, security, data privacy).

• Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as the liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.

  • Ensure appropriate user trainings are conducted for smooth adoption of new or enhanced systems.

  • Provide recommendations on technology solutions aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five (5) years experience in the field of Information Technology focusing on system analysis, design and development

• Experience in project implementation with major roles

• Experience on .Net Technology, Oracle, MS SQL, Postgres

• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze system problems, design and recommend solutions.
