Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Systems Analyst to translate business needs into actionable IT solutions. You’ll support enterprise systems, participate in SDLC, and document architecture across NetSuite, Darwinbox, and data platforms.

You will engage with stakeholders, analyze processes, design enhancements, and train end-users while ensuring compliance and efficiency across operations. This role offers growth in a dynamic retail tech environment with cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience supporting system implementations or enhancements.
• Experience with enterprise systems; familiarity with NetSuite and Darwinbox is a strong advantage.
• Proven expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training.
• Exposure to analytics, reporting, or data-driven projects; Snowflake preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• System maintenance: oversee upgrades, patches, and data migrations with minimal disruption.
• Documentation: maintain technical docs and architecture diagrams.
• Training & change management: develop end-user guides and training materials.

Key Responsibilities
