Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into functional specs and identify non-functional needs for solution architecture.

You will liaise with end users to detail requirements, map them to system capabilities, and drive transition from requirements to deployment. You will gain a deeper understanding of business processes, product features, and banking-related projects while shaping test cases and conducting functional testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT
• 3–5 years of experience driving business requirements in financial services / banking
• End-to-end project experience from requirements to deployment
• Translate requirements to testable requirements and write test cases
• Finance/Banking project exposure preferred

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or equivalent

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in driving business requirements in financial services / Banking organization

• Part of the execution/implementation team for a minimum 3 projects, with end-to-end work from requirements to deployment

• Able to clearly articulate business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements

• Able to translate requirements to testable requirements and write test cases and test outcomes for each requirement

• Exposure to Finance/Banking projects is highly preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be willing to work on an initial full onsite before transitioning to a hybrid work set-up.
