• Familiarity with workflow mapping tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Jira and Confluence.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business & System Analyst to bridge the gap between our client's business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you will lead requirements gathering, engage key stakeholders, and design technical solutions while producing clear, comprehensive documentation to guide software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements & Analysis: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and solution designs.

• Project Management: Support day-to-day project workflows, ensuring alignement between business goals and technical execution across the project lifecycle.

• System Design: Partner with development teams to architect functional systems and design scalable end-to-end solutions.

• Documentation: Produce high-quality, comprehensive functional specification documents (FSDs), technical spec sheets, process maps, and system workflows.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between business units and engineering teams to ensure clear communication and manage expectations.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related technical role.

• Proven background in project management methodologies and stakeholder management.

• Demonstrated track record of gathering requirements and delivering end-to-end solution designs.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong portfolio of creating functional and technical documentation.

• Proficiency with workflow mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Jira, Confluence) is preferred.
