Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant IT experience in server operations, systems administration, or technical support.
- Hands‑on support for Windows Server and SQL Server environments.
- Experience with server implementations, migrations, upgrades, and application troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems and remote‑access tools.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and restore service across Windows, SQL, network, hardware, and application infrastructure issues.
- Administer Windows environments including services, permissions, storage, and updates.
- Support SQL environments across connectivity, availability, backups, replication, and performance.
- Use monitoring tools to isolate faults and determine corrective actions.
- Coordinate technical work with customers, engineers, and vendors and keep stakeholders informed.
