Emapta is hiring a System Administrator to own and manage Windows servers, Active Directory, backups, and network performance for an Australian cloud-first provider. The position is full-time with Day Shift and permanent WFH, offering a competitive PHP salary and global IT exposure.

You will work on Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams), RMM tooling, and strong user lifecycle management while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as System Administrator.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience with ticketing systems and SLA-driven queues.
• Experience using RMM tools for endpoint monitoring and patching.
• Strong troubleshooting for Windows 10/11 and networking.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients.
• Strong understanding of user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, access controls).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and networking equipment.
• Monitor system performance and implement solutions for reliability.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
• Perform regular backups, updates, and patch management.
• Manage user accounts and access controls via Active Directory.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and changes.
• Collaborate on system upgrades and optimizations.
• Ensure IT policies and security standards are followed.
