Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Server Operations Supervisor to lead and optimize our on-site operations in Ortigas. You will manage a technical team, handle Windows Server and SQL Server environments, and ensure secure, compliant operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in server support or IT operations.
• At least 1 year leading or mentoring a technical support team.
• Hands-on Windows Server administration.
• Experience with SQL Server management.
• Experience managing tickets, SLAs, and escalations.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and remote access.
• Ability to balance hands-on work with supervision.
• Willingness to work after-hours for maintenance.
• Adherence to security and data-handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily server support operations and ticket queues.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex server issues.
• Monitor SLA performance and ticket aging.
• Oversee server setups, migrations, and upgrades.
• Coach and develop technicians.
• Coordinate with internal teams on cross-functional issues.
• Plan after-hours maintenance windows.
• Maintain runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Ensure HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2 compliance.
