Requirements Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with IT leaders, Medical Informatics, business units, and end-users to identify automation opportunities and system requirements.
Systems Design & Development
Design, develop, enhance, test, and deploy application systems and databases.
Ensure solutions meet business needs, technical standards, and integration requirements.
Hospital Information Systems (HIS) Management
Evaluate, recommend, and support HIS solutions and related healthcare systems, including interfaces with RIS, LIS, and other medical modalities.
Ensure compatibility and interoperability among various healthcare applications.
Project Management
Lead and coordinate cross-functional IT and Medical Informatics projects.
Manage project timelines, resources, risks, implementation activities, and stakeholder communications.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Conduct and oversee System Testing, Quality Assurance (QA), Operations Acceptance Testing (OAT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business requirements before deployment.
Implementation & Continuous Improvement
Support system implementation, post-implementation review, and change management activities.
Identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
Application Support & User Training
Provide application helpdesk support and troubleshoot system issues.
Conduct user training and maintain system documentation, manuals, and procedures.
Technical Evaluation & Vendor Management
Assess software specifications and vendor solutions for technical feasibility and business fit.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on system implementation and support requirements.
Systems Integration & Compliance
Ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems and infrastructure.
Maintain adherence to organizational standards, policies, and information security requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in application development, systems support, systems analysis, or project management.
Experience supporting healthcare systems is an advantage.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Project Management methodologies, and ITIL practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including .NET Framework, ASP.NET (VB.Net/C#.Net), Visual Studio, and related development tools.
Experience with Java programming and web application development.
Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, scripting, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of systems integration, API connectivity, and enterprise application support.
Familiarity with Windows Server environments and infrastructure concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective presentation, facilitation, and end-user training skills.
