Qualifications

Solution Development and Delivery

• Designs, codes, and tests technical solutions.

• Technical Recommendation and Testing
• Accurately and efficiently executes test plans.
• Assembles and documents all test result.
• Retest as necessary.

Project Execution

• Understands project plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timeliness.
• Adheres to coding standards defined by technical management.
• Takes input from immediate supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments.

Internal Systems

• Helps install and troubleshoot supported programs/ applications.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems, programs, hardware and software.

Helpdesk Administration

• Helps answer all trouble calls/emails and enters work orders into our tracking software.
• Assists in administering and maintaining local and web-based versions of our tracking software.
• Interacts with internal clients to resolve basic help desk issues; communicates with internal clients in a professional manner maintaining confidentiality.
• Provides responses to internal clients in a timely manner.
• As part of end-user support
• Reconciles variances, integrity reports and other periodic closing requirements
• Creates and maintains non-IT supported applications such as Excel VBA and Showcase reports
