Job summary

Outsourced Pro Global is actively seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our property management team in a Sydney-focused role. You will support day-to-day processing of rental applications and manage end-to-end leasing across a portfolio of residential properties, engaging confidently with prospective tenants.

The ideal candidate has prior Australian residential property or leasing experience and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous Australian residential property management or leasing experience.
• Strong understanding of the Australian residential leasing process.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience using Australian property management software will be highly regarded.
• Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON during the 8 hours shift.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the end-to-end leasing process, from tenant enquiry through to application and approval.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Review applications and follow up with prospective tenants for any outstanding or additional information.
• Make outbound calls to prospective tenants to clarify information and progress applications.
• Respond to leasing enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Liaise with prospective tenants throughout the application and leasing process.
• Coordinate with Property Managers and other team members to ensure applications progress smoothly.
• Assist with arranging property inspections and open homes where required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all leasing documentation is completed correctly.
• Provide regular updates to the Property Management team on the status of applications.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to prospective tenants and clients.
• Provide general administrative support to the Property Management team as required.
