Job summary

Satellite Office in Pasig, Australia-based property and residential leasing business, is seeking an Operations-ready teammate to act as the critical link between prospective tenants and the on-site leasing team.

You’ll manage leads from first contact through to confirmed tours with warmth, speed, and sharp attention to detail, using the CRM and MS Office to keep the pipeline moving.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a customer service role.
• Confident, natural communicator across phone and email.
• Comfortable in MS Office and CRMs with attention to data accuracy.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven and able to adapt when priorities shift.
• Warm, engaging personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to new leads within 2 hours by phone and email, capturing key preferences along the way.
• Schedule and manage property tours across multiple buildings using the CRM and booking calendar.
• Confirm tour attendance 24 hours ahead and again on the morning of the appointment.
• Re‑engage leads who've gone quiet to keep bookings on track.
• Answer CRM inquiries about tours and respond to prospect questions.
• Join daily team huddles and share insights on lead activity and trends.
• Compile a daily activity report covering leads, calls, bookings, and pricing feedback.
• Help spot and flag potential safety concerns in line with workplace practices.
