Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the rental property portfolio.
• Monitor rental payments and follow up on overdue rent and arrears.
• Communicate with tenants regarding rent, leases, maintenance, and property-related matters.
• Manage lease renewals, vacancies, and re-leasing.
• Coordinate property maintenance and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Maintain accurate property and tenant records.
• Track rental payments, arrears, lease dates, inspections, and property information using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare and maintain Excel trackers, spreadsheets, and portfolio reports.
• Monitor lease expiries, inspections, and other important deadlines.
• Provide regular portfolio updates to the business owner.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Liaise with contractors, tenants, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure all portfolio matters are followed through to completion.
