Job summary

Unison Group in Makati, Philippines, seeks a technically skilled software support engineer to troubleshoot client issues, install and configure applications, and document resolutions in the ticketing system.

You will leverage Oracle databases, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and microservices experience to understand integration requirements and deliver robust solutions. This on-site role collaborates with clients to optimize performance and ensure smooth software operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle databases (SQL/PL/SQL).
• CI/CD pipelines experience.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices.
• Proficient in unit-level testing tools and system-level testing tools.
• Solid understanding of software design, testing and debugging methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems, especially SVN.

Responsibilities

• Support SLA/PLA for client products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues (functionality, access, configuration).
• Document issues, steps, and resolutions in ticketing system.
• Work with clients to understand integration requirements and tailor solutions.
• Install, configure and integrate software with client environments, including third-party platforms.
• Provide post-integration support and assist with system optimization.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
• Proficient use of unit-level testing tools designed to test basic code assumptions as well as
• system-level testing tools.
• Previous experience in formal software development with a thorough understanding of software
• design, testing, and debugging methodologies.
