Job summary

Hong Kong Unison Limited is seeking a Support Specialist & Software Integrator to troubleshoot client software, install and integrate applications, and ensure service levels are met. You will work across multiple environments, diagnose issues, and coordinate with clients to deliver timely resolutions.

You will work with Oracle databases, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices, and SVN, contributing to design, testing, and post‑deployment support across client environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle SQL/PL-SQL in development and investigation tasks.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
• Experience with testing at unit and system levels and debugging methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support SLA/PLA for client products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer software issues.
• Document issues, steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Work with clients to understand integration requirements and tailor solutions.
• Install, configure, and integrate software with client environments including third party platforms.
• Provide post‑integration support and system optimizations.
